1-ton diesel gearbox tracked transporter
- The Diesel-Powered Crawler Hydraulic Forklift is purpose-built for off-road material handling where standard wheeled forklifts fail to operate.
- Equipped with a heavy-duty rubber track undercarriage and a forward-moving full free-lift mast, it delivers reliable lifting, loading, and transporting performance on mud, sand, gravel, slopes, grassland, and unpaved ground.
- Powered by a dependable diesel engine, it requires no external power source—ideal for remote job sites.
Key Features & Functions
Hydraulic 3-Way Mast Control:Fork lift/lower, mast tilt forward/backward, and fork forward/backward shift for accurate positioning and stacking.
Rubber Crawler Undercarriage (230×72×54):Low ground pressure prevents sinking in soft or wet soil; excellent traction on 20° slopes.
Driver-Seat Operation: Intuitive dual-lever control both tracks forward = go ahead, both back = reverse, one forward one back = pivot turn.
Full Free-Lift Mast:low-clearance areas. Allows lifting loads without increasing overall mast height useful in
Diesel Engine Driven:environments. Continuous duty cycle, easy refueling, suitable for cold or dusty
| Advantage | Description |
| All-Terrain Mobility | Rubber tracks distribute weight evenly — no sinking in mud, snow or sand |
| 20° Gradeability | Climbs steep ramps and slopes safely with low center of gravity |

Safety & Maintenance Notes (Brief)
Do NOT exceed 1,000 kg rated capacity.
Keep forks low during travel; mast slightly tilted back.
Never allow personnel under raised forks.
Check coolant, diesel, hydraulic oil and track tension daily.
Clean mud/debris from rollers & idlers after each shift to extend track life.
Add antifreeze before winter operation.
